We will have a Security-Manager hook to help with application launching - how about associating a session with applications UID, Smack label AND its PID, and generating session ID for this tuple over there?

I think it would be best to have an API that application could call to generate a session ID, or even better establish a session object. Instead of leaving it to application to figure out some most probably insecure way of creating such by itself.
