The toolchain migration caused unresolvable packages in pre-release of your 
submission. I have re-submitted it for you.
For other cases, everyone needs to take care of their own submissions including 
re-submit.

AFAIU, the "Please fix ..." footer is automatically created by the backend. 
And, quite confusing in this particular case.

Release Engineer will re-submit it on your behalf.
