No. It appears that sdk/emulator/emulator-kernel is what you want inferring to 
the name and your requirement: qemu.

However, lowering kernel version is something you will be venturing. Please 
don't expect you will succeed with the first try, you will probably need to 
hack a bit. If you have your own local patch set written for 3.10, I guess 
up-porting that patch set to 3.14 would be easier.
