So the name would be "incubator-livy-0.4.0-incubating-[src/bin].zip", is this too verbose to have two incubat-xxx?
Is it ok to change to "apache-livy-0.4.0-incubating-[src/bin].zip" or just "livy-0.4.0-incubating-[src/bin].zip"? For tgz or zip packge, I'm OK with either, do we have specific concern on that?
