I see you addressed very little of what has come up. Not even the basic issues
like a test named *External* and the horrendous ZkStateReader in
clusterstate.json. This is also still not "Make one state.json per collection",
but a bunch of issues all connected to that.
I maintain my -1 on this commit and re urge that this get's moved to a branch.
There are so many ugly changes in here, I wish some others would review it
closely as well.
I apologize I was not able to provide feedback sooner. Personal life and work
has been a zoo lately.
Given that I can't contribute much in the near term, I can only ask so much I
guess. But a minimum, I have a firm negative -1 on the ZkStateReader being
part of the cluster state.
