To be clear - Solr is still built upon a war - we still have to ship a war for
Solr to work. The user must get a war. This is more of a mental change. We are
no longer a war as far as the user is concerned. If you count on that, you are
doing something that is possible but not approved. The war is no longer an
artifact we publish to maven nor do we have to worry about people running the
war in other containers.
