Was the purpose of this issue to create a .jar with all test classes, or just
the classes that comprise the framework, e.g. LuceneTestCase, MockAnalyzer,
RandomIndexWriter etc.? I was thinking we want to publish just a select few of
classes with perhaps a README which explains what each class does. I think
it'll be more compelling to users, than a 7 MB .jar, no?
