Interesting. Are these transliteration rules somehow normalized? Or are they 
something you came up with? If they're normalized it'd be nice to include a 
reference in the JavaDoc. For example {{џ}} is transliterated as {{ž}}, but so 
is {{ж}}? I only found this, but it doesn't talk much on the subject:
