I'm trying to fix the solr javadoc targets. I just noticed that it looks like we have a double-copy of the solr javadoc too - I'll try and fix that while I'm in there.
Overall I think things are looking pretty good - if anyone wants to review/fix things, please run "ant package" and check the resulting output.
