I agree as well but I'm at a loss to come up with a better name. Any
suggestions? sphere-geom? Although it does ellipsoid too. At least "Geo3d"
was the contribution name and current package name; and I've presented it under
that name at a conference & meetup.
bq. Since its dependency free I still think it makes most sense to refactor it
to the spatial module under a geometry package and just have the spatial and
spatial-extras modules. Having a third just for a geometry model doesn't make
sense to me.
I realize my view may be unpopular but in my view, this module is _itself_ a
dependency, albeit a special one we have control over to modify as we please
for our convenience.
