analysis-common library cannot have any external dependencies.
so If this filter is going to depend on guava, it needs to be its own analysis
module. Just like all other analysis modules that have any third party
dependencies.
I would try to remove the guava dependency at all costs anyway. It causes hell
for developers to depend on guava.
