thanks Robert, I agree on all of your suggestions.
The error reported by the TestFactories witnesses what you say, I can work on
those more appropriate tests; however I would also like to keep the "query"
ones as to keep an eye on whether one of the use case for this filter is
supported as expected (a sort of integration test).
Removing Guava might of course be possible (and I'd prefer to do that),
although rewriting the hashcode stuff is likely to be a bit annoying.
