I think we had a really good start here at one point, but the problem is that
the codebase moves too quickly and we didnt get time to wrap it up.
I think its really important to cleanup the build here so that e.g. the Solr
build extends lucene's like the patch started, with all targets being recursive
so you can easily add new functionality (e.g. findbugs) in a single place.
Maybe ill create a svn branch to get this done, seems insane to create a branch
for the build system but this way it might actually get done instead of just
becoming outdated patches.
