SOLR-9320.patch
Patch for REPLACENODE & DELETENODE api as per spec.
DELETENODE- Deletes all cores on the given node.
REPLACENODE - Replaces all cores from a source node to a dest node and then
calls DELETENODE on the source node.
Attached screenshots against test cluster with api calls & before/after status
of the cluster
