Noble Paul updated SOLR-9320:

can be executed in 2 modes 

with a parameter {{parallel=true}}. This ensures that all cores are created and 
deleted in parallel in multiple threads. If the param is not passed they will 
be created one after other.

I have not done any performance benchmarking. But with the {{parallel=true}} 
flag finishes much faster
