Returning to this after Deeplearning4J SOLR-11838 and Streaming Expressions 
SOLR-11852 diversions ...

So, would it be fair to assume that there is a use case for this type of neural 
network separate from the more complex neural networks that might in future be 
supported separately e.g. via Deeplearning4J integration?

Assuming there is a use case, how would folks typically train such models? I'm 
wondering if that would help us move forward and decide on the weights 
representation question.
