Note that one important change compared to previous releases is that we are now pointing users to https://lucene.apache.org/core/downloads and http://lucene.apache.org/solr/downloads for downloads, which have been updated in order to pass the ASF requirements for download pages[1]. Please let me know if you notice anything wrong with these pages.
