ValueSource.getRangeScorer() now takes a Weight as well, which is simple in
most cases but requires a small amount of ceremony in Solr for range filters -
[~dsmiley] or [~hossman] might want to take a look here?
I renamed FakeScorable to ScoreAndDoc
