The tests are getting less and less useful all the time. Devs break things and 
just assume any tests that might now randomly fail have nothing to do with 
them.  You can only meaningful run tests with BadApples off, which means test 
coverage is minimal and shrinking and new problems are being added, the tests 
are slow and often inefficient and lazily implemented.

It's time to change the tide.
