bq. BadApple=true is the default, you have to deliberately disable those tests.
Because badapples=true is almost impossible to get a clean test run with, I
can't imagine any dev using that recently with any success, making it a
terrible default. I'm going to side step that issue by getting ant test able to
pass sometimes again though.
