I'd suggest to somehow coordinate that change, because we have to update
Jenkins jobs. I already created the scripts on Policeman Jenkins that uses Java
11 or later only during randomization. I just have to update the jobs.
How about sending a warning message to all commiters and give some date/time
for the change? E.g., Monday afternoon 15:00 CEST?
