It looks like we talked about two or three things at the same time - and I'm afraid the discussion will quickly turn into a disordered state and I won't be able to track it.
Let me decide one thing: Let's NOT try to move histories to GitHub. Closed issues will remain in Jira forever and we can refer to them anytime from anywhere. I think I said that before several times. I would like to focus on the future here - can we make a decision on how to handle active (unresolved) issues and issues that will be opened in the future.
