Just a trivial thing, can we swap ctor arguments of
{code}
public TermsQuery(BytesRef[] terms, String field) {
{code}
to
{code}
public TermsQuery(String field, BytesRef[] terms) {
{code}
Most of the apis on indexreader etc take field,term so I think it looks more
consistent.
