In 3.6 (which the patch is for) it will only print a warning, so old configs
will work.
Have not yet started 4.x patch, still need to decide what should happen with
old configs in 4.x. Perhaps warn if supplied config < LUCENE_40 but if config
version is >= LUCENE_40 we fail?
