I'm not sure if I actually needed to use the ElisionFilter, because the stemmer
handles those - because of the initial mutation in Irish, trimming the start of
the word is more important than trimming the end. I was copying the Catalan
analyser, and using ElisionFilter seemed like The Thing To Do.
