So I refactored some of the zk distrib tests to use a new solrhome copy for
each jetty rather than simply a different data directory. Trying to address
this with the data directory seemed like a non starter across multiple jetty
instances. With a unique Solr home though, creating new cores dynamically with
the default data dir will no longer step on each other.
Doing some last minute testing, but I'll commit what I have to trunk shortly.
