Latest 4.x build I've done locally things seem to be working properly for our product, so if vote is open to the whole list, here's my +1. :)
Although I have to agree with Mark that if there are steps to bring existing setup from 4.0 to 4.1, they must be listed somewhere. I don't know all the details, but at a minimum, we should probably add an entry to changes about what you should do. It may require blowing away your own clusterstate.json and re doing your numShards settings, or starting over, or…I don't really know.
