the solrcloud host is trouble spot - it will generally be different for each
node - if this goes in zk, that type of config is still a problem - you have to
use sys prop substitution and require system properties for setting these
particular settings. I'm fine with that - I think you can still easily setup a
prop file that gets auto sucked in for sys prop substitution as well.
