Any revised estimated date for 4.3.1 yet? Any major 4.3 bugs that are still pending for 4.3.1? Maybe another week or two for recent changes to bake?

I volunteer to be the release manager and Steve has been kind enough to agree to help me with the process. I'll backport SOLR-4795, SOLR-4797, SOLR-4798 to the 4.3 branch and update the build, changelog and jira issues appropriately.
