I don't really like using LuceneTestCase here because the tests here pass when
extending TestCase and they do not use anything that LuceneTestCase provides,
at least not in the way that I use them:
{code} ant -Dtestcase=TestBroadWord test{code}.
Also I prefer to try and avoid having that discussion here.
Is the forbidden checker a precommit check?
