@NightOwl888 : Hey. I updated all the PRs that have been included into
master so far (so it is up-to-date). I fixed most of the collation test errors
but have a couple more to look at. Also, I updated the locale for
ThaiTokenizer. Last steps for me are to run the tests for Sandbox that were
added and make sure all tests are passing still. In your next steps section,
is there anything required of me?
