With Apache MADlib's graduation from incubation to a full fledged TLP complete, I will start tracking the v1.12 progress (including tasks required to support the TLP status).
As I have mentioned in the past, I will be using the publicly available Jira Apache MADlib v1.12-incubating Release Dashboard to track the release: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=12331450 As of today, we have 21 outstanding issues (13 unassigned) currently targeted with Fix Version/s set to v1.12.
