Here goes an updated version of the patch, for DenseMatrix getNumNonZero() and
iterateNonZero() now handle all values as non-zero.
I uploaded the second version of the patch using the same filename, but it
wasn't grayed out, it looked exactly like the other one, only the date
differed. That's why I removed the old one. Let's see if it'll work this time.
