Grant Ingersoll updated MAHOUT-881:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: MAHOUT-881.patch
Adds back in the checks for fullness and lowest value.
Still working on benchmarking. I think it would be nice if we could do both
macro and micro benchmark. For macro, Lucene has a nice benchmark toolkit that
is pretty flexible/pluggable that we maybe could leverage.

> TopItems.getTop*() all do a fair number of excessive operations that can be
> replaced by switching to using Lucene's PriorityQueue implementation, which
> is more efficient and faster than Java's built in PQ implementation.
