Adding singularity clusters into the average would make more sense if they 
weren't anomalies. For instance if the singularity was caused by dimensional 
reduction instead of identical pages with different URLs. So it seems like we 
are splitting hairs at this point. I am not aware of a statistical technique 
for adding them back in, so unless someone else does I wouldn't know how.
