For 0.12.1, the 2 issues below along with a Jira to polish the scaladocs for Flink backend that pretty much don't exist now.
Also the Scaladocs for 0.12.1 to be published with the release, that should suffice as scope for 0.12.1. I agree Flink shell should be differed to 0.13.0 as its not stable yet, but we can start working on that in a separate branch. If someone from the PMC could volunteer to be the Release Manager for 0.12.1 that would be great.
