I download latest released solr-4x plugin, src distribution contains KEYS and
CHANGES.txt; binary distribution does not have CHANGES.txt and KEYS files. If
thats the correct layout and contents, I will adjust 5x binary release to
exclude changes.txt.
However, somehow this layout for KEYS and CHANGES.txt feels awkward, since we
also provide them as apache-manifoldcf-solr-5.x-plugin-2.0.KEYS and
apache-manifoldcf-solr-5.x-plugin-2.0.CHANGES.txt
Please note that latest released solr-4x plugin source distribution contains
duplicate and obsolete changes.txt etc.
