Really? The API is so unstable that even point releases can have API changes?
Given that, and the release constraints of ManifoldCF, I'm not sure we could
support that kind of release cycle. All releases of ES plugins have to be
voted on, which is a non-trivial process, and getting a quorum (3 votes) might
be a challenge if we have an ES release every few weeks.
