[~chalitha perera]: I've finished the buffering rework; if you want to try it
out, that would be great.
At the moment, the code does not use rolling buffers, but instead just limits
the maximum amount of text from which extraction will be done to the first 500K.
I'll look at the UI piece starting this evening.
