Ok, I've committed something that should work, and whose UI definitely works,
other than some Javascript tweaks that are still needed.
When the javascript tweaks are done, we will need documentation, especially a
section in "how-to-build-and-deploy" describing how to download model files for
the file-resources directory, and I still need minor tweaks for the license
files.
