If it can't be configured via the configuration file, I'd be astonished. But I
don't know enough about Tika to be certain.
Worst comes to worst, you can certainly use the new external Tika connector
instead, which will talk to a Tika instance that is set up however you want.
But it's going to be much slower than the built-in one.
