First, thank you for this excellent product. I do appreciate your selfless
work.
Second: I have filed a question with the Tika crowd. All samples of
tika-config.xml (e.g. https://tika.apache.org/1.14/configuring.html ) omit
any mention of the output format. I have just looked at
https://github.com/apache/tika/blob/master/tika-core/src/main/java/org/apache/tika/config/TikaConfig.java
and it seems to confirm my suspicions. I will pull Tika and see if I can
add an output config element.
