I dropped the HSQLDB database and recreated on Postgres.
I had been making many changes to the ES parameters, and at some stage the
ES connector stopped talking to ES, but was still showing ingestion
happening in Simple History. Then when I tried to delete the ES Output
Connector(s) (after removing the jobs), this happened.
Will post steps if it happens again.
