[~svanschalkwyk] When you delete a job MCF attempts to delete all the documents
belonging to the job through the output connection. If the output connection
isn't working, then the job remains around, but is in the "cleaning up" state,
and won't appear in the job list (although it does appear on the Job Status
page). Maybe what is going on is that you tried to delete the connection while
the cleanup was still in progress, and MCF didn't properly prevent that.
I'll look into it.
