Thanks for that careful proofreading and helpful suggestions. I've either included the new text you have provided, or have blended your ideas into the existing text. The wiki has been updated so you can see the exact changes in the 'history' tab (this is a really cool feature...)
The ideas I haven't used (yet - I'm open to persuasion) are: Novell OOo vs StarOffice ... Novell OOo does have some significant differences from OOo - it's never quite become a fork, but neither is it the same product ... what do people think? Links - there are only a few key references to the main site. Why? one of the main reasons for creating 'why' was the complaints about the difficulty of finding 'selling' material on the main site. I don't want people to navigate away from 'why' unless they are going to download OOo :-) Thanks again for taking the trouble to read this text so carefully.
