Hi,

i just commited a few changes to the next gen why.openoffice.org page.

http://marketing.openoffice.org/tryouts/Why.OpenOffice.org/en/index.html

These changes complete the major tours:
- about
- great
- easy
- free

There are still a lot of technical bugs to be fixed, some of the
graphics i'd still like to improve, and most importantly, the textual
content needs to be checked and extended.

I'd like to get a team of people together that would be interested to
finalize the page during the next two or three weeks, if possible.

Particularly, what needs to be done is:

Testing:
- Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 5-7, Konqueror, Opera
- Windows, MacOS, Linux

Research:
- Testimonials
- most significant general customers
- most significant general success stories
- most significant customers and stories for each sector
- Migration stories/articles for MSO and WP
- Awards
- references to detailed information and articles where it makes sense

Content:
- lots of pages with missing or bad argumentation
- especially in the target markets, there's a lot of repetition and
those texts could often be extended a bit, especially with facts

I can do the development on the pages themselves, so the best would be
to work the content etc. out on the wiki.

Anyone interested?

André.
