I think that the main thing to really say to these bodies is that a 2000
page response is just too damned big to seriously dissect on this timeline.


Voting 'no' at this point is *not *a rejection of OOXML, -- It's simply a
vote to move it to the *normal* standards creation track where there would
be the time to take it apart and properly address the thousands of issues
with OOXML that really need to  be seriously looked at.

Once they get *that* statement through their head and let it sink in, you
can then start to go through issues one by one until they start to see that
the above original statement had some real merit.
