Limited VBA support ist *not* new to 3.0, but has been available in Sun´s builds in 2.x already.
The germanophone website about the new features (http://de.openoffice.org/product/index30beta.html) does not mention VBA capability, because it is still considered as not mature enough. We do not want to raise customers expectations, that can not be fullfilled.
