No.
You did subscribe to a mailing list (dev@marketing.openoffice.org) where
you get (like everybody else and different archives) every mail sent to
the list.
If you want to be unsubscribed, just send a mail to the mail address
listed at the bottom of every mail:
"To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@marketing.openoffice.org"
Once you've sent back the automatic reply you will be unsubscribed and
don't get any more mails to the list.

PS: This can't be done by (nearly) anybody but you, so please don't
reply to every mail you get from the list - your replies are sent to
probably hundreds of people...
