The repo is up.
Permissions in git are handled by membership in the group (in this case,
the incubator)
I modified your subject line slightly (the name of the repo is
incubator-marmotta currently and would likely change to marmotta upon
graduation, so I set it to: subject-fmt = git commit [marmotta]:
%(shash)s - %(subject)s - though honestly I am not sure why the name of
the repo is needed, but it's there regardless.
